Another Week

Wow! I cant believe another week has come and gone. This running week has been great. I really enjoyed it. Yesterday and today I went to PF. same kind of story, but hey winter in SLC is not easy. You can only do what you can with a 12 week old baby and cold weather and of course that nasty haze. No excuses here though.
Yesterdays Mileage = 3.1
Yearly Mileage = 80.8
Todays Mileage = 6.2
Yearly Mileage = 87

There is a actual finish line to a half marathon at this point in the road in Monument Valley. It's called the Forrest Gump Half Marathon.
