It's been a couple days so I need to catch up on my runs. On Jan 16th I woke up and did my 5k outside. It is a great loop that is exactly the distance I need.

On Saturday I ran on the treadmill at my mother in laws house and it was great! It felt like it took forever and my legs were heavy. It must have been due to all Spaghetti Factory I ate a couple hours before. I should not complain, once my wife was training for a marathon and ate Spaghetti Factory and than we ran 12 miles together. She did awesome, but it is never fun to run with a full stomach. On that run though we decided what our first son would be named and 3 years later we stuck to that. Also I have done the math and If I continue on with a 5k a day I will hit exactly 100 miles on the last day of the month.

Yesterday a friend and I played racquet ball at the gym. Man that game is a good workout and it is so fun I don't even feel like I am working out. After I ran my daily 5k and the family and I went up to Huntsville to eat at a
amazing Mexican food place we like. Running is so great and always helps the rest of my day go so much better. I feel refreshed and energized after a run. Even if it is not the best run I am always glad I went.

Love this post! It is quite the experience to run with a lump of spaghetti in your stomach!
