Evening Run

I tried to run this afternoon at a rec. center that I had a free pass to. My brother in law gave me the pass. My pacer was not having any of it. So my run did not happen. I got home from class a little early and before I started to study I did my run. I ran straight down the road for 1.6 miles and right back. It actually turned out to be a great tempo run. I did in about 21 minutes.
Daily Mileage = 3.1 ish
