Shalom

Today my running adventure took me to the Jewish Community Center. My wife got a couple free passes from work playing Bingo!! I decided to use one since the air is so terrible. The JCC is right across from the University of Utah Hospital. It is a very cool gym and community center. The best part of this run was the treadmills. The treadmills each have a T.V. screen so I  was able to flip through and watch whatever I wanted and have the volume to what was perfect. It was nice to be out of the inversion and try another new place for free. Thanks wife for the free pass.
